What about data security?
Your listing data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL with row-level security), hosted on Vercel infrastructure, and never sold or shared with third parties. All API communications are over TLS. We do not train AI models on your listing content. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
Will this duplicate my Rightmove or Zoopla listings?
No. Terravo is a separate platform with separate URLs. Your existing portal syndication feeds are completely unaffected. Think of it as an additional channel, not a replacement — with the practical benefit that you control the listing experience end-to-end.
Who is responsible if a listing is inaccurate?
You are, as with any portal — and that's actually a positive. Terravo does not alter your descriptions or data. AI-assisted features like Quick List produce draft copy for your review; nothing publishes without your sign-off. You retain full editorial control.
What if the AI tools don't deliver?
The CMA tool pulls real Land Registry data and live listings — it doesn't fabricate comparables. Quick List generates copy from actual EPC and property data. All AI outputs are drafts you approve. If any feature doesn't work as described, tell us and we'll fix it. That's the founding agency relationship.
What happens after the free period?
Nothing automatic. At the end of your founding period we'll give you advance notice and the option to subscribe at our standard rate (£299/month) or to continue on an agreed founding rate. No card required to start — the free period is genuinely free.
Is Terravo GDPR compliant?
Yes. We collect only the data needed to run the service, process it under standard lawful bases, do not sell it, and give all users the rights they're entitled to under UK GDPR. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
